i think Road Law was the better one, along with OOIDA for members.
if the op wants road services, then a specific membership to one is (i think) more desirable.
something like...this i think...(i'd venture to guess for o/o's......
Welcome
and keep the legal stuff separate.

My driver rolled through a stop sign a couple of months ago in Texas. I thought she was just going to pay the ticket and be done with it. Today she told me she has being paying TVC since previous jobs - I didn't know she had it. Apparently she asked them to help with the ticket and she thought they were. Now she told me she has a warrant for her arrest in Texas!! She is going to call them and see what she can do, but does anyone have any advice on how to handle this? I would think she needs to call another Texas lawyer and file a complaint about TVC in Tesas.... Thanks for any advice you might be able to give!!

So does TVC actually help with keeping points off. After a sudden stop in traffic husband was unable to avoid rear ending a car which caused 3 other's to involved.

Don’t waste money on TVC. If you need a lawyer you will have to fork out the money REGARDLESS. So why in the heck are you paying them?
It’s like paying me to tell you which gas station you should go get gas from. -
Last year I was involved in a serious accident where a four-wheeler hit my truck while I was on the right lane of a freeway early morning. The driver was apparently sleepy, and attempted to pass me while also passing another truck, who was also trying to pass me. We were in CA on I-15 heading to Las Vegas. Well, the driver lost control, hit the front of my truck, and ran off the road. Nothing happened to him, fortunately. However, he lied to the cops, and told them that I hit him. After I showed the cops my dash cam, it was game over for that guy. Plus, a couple witnesses said I was just driving on the right lane minding my own business.
Dash cams, people! Get one! -
I used them for a while. Really all they do is go through the yellow pages/internet to find representation so it’s really a crap shoot if he’s any good.
Once the guy plea bargained for me.
Another guy tried to plea bargain but I wouldn’t go for the deal so we went to trial. I prepared all the evidence but he was the guru for court proceedure and what not.
Third time I needed a lawyer in QC and TVC weren’t able to find one. I dropped them after that.PE_T Thanks this.
