    I got mine back in Nov of 2014 so it is new to me but.......
    I work for a heating oil Co. and the only time I needed to show it was when I got my rack (where we get the truck loaded) card entered into the system. Once my rack card was in the system I only use it not the TWIC card. I do carry my card with me when ever I drive just in case I am asked for it. I would have to look at my PIN card as I don't remember the number.

    Now from what I have seen posted you may need to show the TWIC card at other fuel depots, rail yards and government sites? Again what I have seen posted.

    Because I am new again (class B since 1983) to driving and the school (class A) said the more endorsements you have the more doors that are open for jobs. It just turned out the first job was tanker (heating oil) class B truck using HAZMAT/Tanker/TWIC. If I am still around come summer the Co. does pool water that I might be able to do?
