It sounds like I'll be ok when it comes time to get the HAZMAT. In the meantime, been looking at starter companies and calling a few of them so far.....one asks have you EVER had a drug conviction, said yes misdemeanor possession of pot when I was 18 = told it disqualifies me as a candidate. Zero tolerance drug policy. This is where my original question is coming from, my criminal background is totally clear other than this which happened 17 years ago. Is having a misdemeanor pot conviction when I was still a teenager 18 y.o. gonna prohibit me from getting hired on by a starter company?
