Twins? You decide

I like the idea of fixing I-5 , but I would make it Bakersfield to Tracy. I hate potholes, but I like that raggedy cut off piece of 5 from Tracy to Sacramento , that makes all the rest of 5 , north and south seem so smooth , ( although south is worse or it could be my imagination) just because it is so bad. Maybe even get Arnie for the labor. I am just grateful I am alive now and not in a covered wagon pulled by horses.
