Two False logbook tickets how can I fight it?

    I got two consecutive scale
    tickets. Yes, know,
    how is that possible?
    But it happened.
    How do I fight this?
    I don't want points?

    Were these overweight tickets? If so then what points? Last I had heard Overweight tickets are civil penalties and don't go on the companies CSA scores or the drivers PSP report. Only way to fight them is with any ticket, contact a lawyer

    The csa violations do not count any points against your cdl.
    Only real tickets do
    Moving violations.

    I'd say take a log book class, but eld are coming, if you dont mind what are your log violations?

    find one of those people in the booth that fight tickets at a ta petro, I forget the name of the moment
