Not sleeping too well also contributes to weight gain. When I came off of overnight linehaul I dropped about 30 lbs probably just because of going back to sleeping normal hours.

:biggrin_25510:Your pay is never what it should be.I run hard and legal. My income doesn't suffer from running legal. My income suffers because the industry as a whole doesnt pay what it should. There are companies that pay better.Find a "good co." that pays well and ther you have it. The elusive search for a good job.

There may be no such thing anymore as a "good" truck driving job. At least not at the OTR, TL level.

I would call but my man would go balistic :). So what you do is

Type from last 10 hour break

Line 2 from 10:00 am to 2:00 am
Line 3 from 2:00 am to 5:00 am
Line 4 from 5:00 am to 5:30 am

That's all, then I will make a graph and make sure you did it right or tell you what you have available and when you can stop. If that is what you need to know? Put it in the best words you can and ask. I won't make fun of ya and I have figured out many things many times that I did not udnerstand what the driver was asking. Try me?
