I have a buddy, (I know, typical blanket statement lol) he works for Crete. He worked at Werner for 2 years, maybe made $35,000 his second year. He started at Crete and instantly loved it. He's been there 2 years, made over $55,000 his first year and over $65,000 his second year. He's around $0.48-$0.49 cpm so not too bad considering some of the bogus otr jobs out there.
