U S Xpress or TransAm?

I'd take US Xpress over Trans Am.I used to drive by Trans Am a lot,its in Olathe,Ks. I-35 Paola I-69 exit. Parking lot was always full of empty looking truck.Talked to a former driver said they starved him out on a lease purchase scheme. Said it was bad. Have heard US Xpress is becoming a better company to work for than they used to be just a few years ago. Supposed to have a rider policy and a pet policy.Heard some types of drivers start at up to .42 a milenow.Depending on if regional or dedicated and what you drive.Use advance search button theres a ton of posts on here . JMO

 

Where would you be attending orientation if you choose us xpress? I'm thinking of going there if these other things I have set up don't pan out, I'd be going to markham Illinois , I have a cousin that worked there he said good things, most of what I've read about them has been decent, I know my recruiters are very nice and seem honest and straight forward they also do a good job staying in touch and answering my questions, hope that helps ya
