I am team so I cannot speak to pay but the solo drivers I have talked to in the last couple of weeks have said they are running about those miles, maybe a bit higher average

I'm trying to decide between US Express and a couple other companies. I'm not sure about this sliding pay scale. Can any of you US Express drivers tell me which pay range you get paid for most often, the 300-600 or the 600-900?

at 1 time i read that us was paying on a sliding pay scale same as when i drove for werner back in the late 1990's.

is us still taking so-called problem solo drivers and making then switch to team driving or terminating them on the spot when they refuse to team up?:biggrin_25510:
