I clicked on Teams and then checked out the Pay Scale, I thought teams got .48 cents per mile split right out of training? Now Im confused:biggrin_2552:

the sliding pay is for solo's ONLY.

the solo's that had to team were not problem drivers it had to do with where they lived..

This question is so easely answered with a quick call to the recruiter.... OH, and if you don't like talking to someone on the phone, they have CHAT! How can anyone, other than the company itself, tell you what YOU will make driving for them?

10 years and 31cpm???? Wow, that is low but there are so many other questions that come to mind with that statement; has your 10 years been consistant? how long will you be at the 31cpm? do you have some marks on your record,(dac, sps)?

Again, for those that want to know what THEY will make driving for anyone, call the recruiter...

So far I have gotten nothing but lies and cheated out of miles from US Xpress. Orientation told me starting pay was 35cpm. been getting 24,26,28 and sometimes 30. Plus mileage is never right and good luck trying to get anyone to fix it.

My recruiter at U.S.Xpress lied to me about the starting pay and is not there anymore. They also lied in orientation and now once out on the road I got cheated out of over 500 mi my first week plus paid 24cpm when they told me it would be .35 When I try to talk to recruiting they hang up on me. I would steer clear of US. On home time but might not go back. Was hired for OTR Solo. Love the work but not the hassle of having to waste so much time calling and still not being able to get pay fixed.

Did you sellect to take per diem?
That sounds like the rate . Did you send in all your trips sheets?
    hope you get it straight.

No I opted out of per diem. And have double checked and they have all my trip sheets. Ran one load 700 miles as directed by USX and got paid 300. Ran another got 24cpm. only one run got over 28cpm most at .26 and .28. Have doucument recieved in orienta. that listed start pay as .35cpm . Finnally just wrote everyone I could find emails and now have a Senior Manager looking over the info. Hopefully can get it fixed. But very frustrating to be on the road and just get hung up on or passed from Dept. to Dept.
