    sliding pay scale = the more miles you drive the less money you make it is backward if you ask me I might have to jump ship again I talked to other recent students and they are complaining about how many miles they drove but they are still not getting any more money than they did when they were students somethings not right.

    As far as the sliding pay scale goes, I understand peoples POV....
    All I can say is that I make more money per wk/mo with USXpress than I did with SNI or TMC... Now when the wife passes her upgrade test, if we can get the 150miles she needs, than we wont be on no sliding pay scale...LOL

    what all the ppl don't understand is that most drivers make MORE on the sliding pay scale than they did befor... not all but most. the old pay scale was aound .28 cpm for ALL MILES

    hey titto did you get finished with your trainer? hang in there dude the sliding pay scale is not as bad as it sounds..dont give up

    no have to do the 150 instead of 50 wasn't told this by the rehire recruiter was only supposed to be 50 btw hours now thats changed when I got on the truck.
    will see what happens as time goes by.
    how are you Highway hope everything is ok with you.
