And yes, in my experience it's rare for officers to do a real close inspect of ELogs. However, I have had it done once at the Boise, ID scale.
Scale master gave me the fax number, I punched it into the QC and less than 10 minutes later the guy was going over it with a fine tooth comb ala the paper days.
Some drivers shooting their mouth off around the terminal have gotten the idea that Elogs have made them immune to closer inspect...
I'm not going to into detail on what you can and can't get away with some QC log tricks. However most of the tricks have tell tale signs that won't pass a closer "printed" log inspection.silenteagle Thanks this. -
Good info. Yeah i heard some bad habit tales about qc tricks. Most of them ended up in a ditch or worse.

I believe I used the word "simulation"... Demo would be an appropriate substitution.

<sigh> there is going to be 'THAT guy' that ruins it for everyone -
I am interested in prime, I felt out online app yesterday, I wanna know do I have to wait on a female trainer? Or be assigned to just a great professional trainer?
-
Most likely a male trainer but yes your right just a proffesional Driver
-
I believe Prime has a rule about pairing a female PSD/trainee with a female instructor/trainer and it is to protect both individuals from any type of unproffessional behavior or allegations.

As a trainer is there a commonality that you see in the preparedness or lack of from your trainees? With your training experience what is the best advice you can give to new trainees coming aboard? Thanks
