UBER FREIGHT for shippers...To replace brokers?

    Uber is an evil thing for brokers. They can at least question the reason for their future existence. From carriers perspective, hard to say yet if it is a good or bad thing. In the long run, rather bad imo... They still look like any other broker with a nice app.

    Hasn't had much impact with my book of business. The one customer I talked to who had tried them seemed to think it was a ####show.

    Dude, no offense but the problem with NYC taxi business is that it has been decimated long before Uber came along. That's just an excuse because when I worked there, there were so many cabs with people who could not speak English and having false hack licenses running the streets.
