I hauled one and they paid it pretty much instantly. How are you set up to get paid?
Vitkouski, 77fib77, feldsforever and 1 other person Thank this. -
I had one from December 2nd that a lumper receipt didn’t scan properly and it caused confusion. Finally got it to the proper person and got paid on the 31st.
You do realize they only send payments on Tuesday and Thursday and its a few days after to hit your account. -
Call them and ask for a supervisor. It will probably take a while so call with them on speaker phone while you're driving. Uber can be a real PITA.

The company I work for was owed over $25K from Uber Freight. They had taken our bank account information incorrectly and were paying the wrong bank account. Took us 6 months of fighting with them and finally taking them to collections before they paid us the money owed.

Those guys pay like clock work . I hauled 24 loads for them last year and no payment issues . Other than the India tech support they have been easy to work with .

I'm having the same problem. The accounting department won't answer the phones. My carrier rep said that there is a computer glitch that is holding up payments for about 25% of the carriers. I am owed money from the last 30 days. If you have a carrier rep., see if they can issue a comcheck. I can go longer without payment but I have put them on freight hold until I get paid.

That's the problem with these automated deals. They're all the rage until you actually need a real person to fix something that goes awry. Then it's tumbleweed.
Vitkouski, Vampire, blairandgretchen and 5 others Thank this. -
blairandgretchen and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this.

I wouldn't haul for them at all.
Not talking to an idiot in India if there is an issue, and their rates are trash.Vampire, bumper Jack, JonJon78 and 3 others Thank this.
