    Everytime I've been in Connecticut, it's cold and raining, or snowing. There was one trip I made up through Hartford that the sun dared to shine. It didn't make Hartford look any better.

    So my vote is Connecticut.

    Coming in #2 is Delaware.

    What surprised me was how beautiful New Jersey can be. First time I stopped at the rest area on I80 coming out of PA I was blown away at the scenery. Pretty much stay away from the cities and everywhere is beautiful in it's own way.
