So what is it that made you post this company in the bad company part of the forum? You laugh like it's a joke, but this is real business here.

driver reviews i seen. they were mixed. one sounded like an office person typed it out. they were looking for drivers in the springfield area & yet did not see any reviews from that area.
they contacted me thru indeed website.
no, its not a joke. we see too many on here get it stuck to them.

But, you don't have any personal experience driving with them, right? So you don't have any firsthand knowledge of the company to be able to say whether it is good or bad, right? So, basically you are just spreading rumors.

This company was started by the fraudulent owners of the former union carrier LME and their non union subsidiary.
Lots of shady dealings here w the company shifting union contract work to non union carrier.
Abruptly shut down leaving hundreds of workers without checks or insurance.
I believe they lost a federal lawsuit also.
    I wouldn't trust a package w these folks let alone a career.
Likely to just fold up and bail again.

    These are the culprits..

I don't put a great deal of stock in Wikipedia, but that certainly looks pretty bad.

    ok, your 1st posting...

    and this posting...
ok,. so going by your 1st posting, you ain't green as grass.....so i guess you know for a fact, that all drivers tell the truth and never embellish the facts or exaggerate when they leave a company..??

so tell me, how green are you really..???

although i never even heard of the former company, nor it's management, i therefore cannot debate what you say. but there is a thing such as "new management" as well.

i dunno, if the o/p is basing his opinions on former drivers about this company, then maybe he shouldn't be a driver at all, cuz nearly 1000% of the companies out there WILL HAVE bad reviews from customers, drivers, office staff...it's called./..SOUR GRAPES..

someone requests a day off..?? and is turned down..?? suddenly the company is BAD, VERY BAD.,

an office worker asks for a pay raise and is turned down,...?? the company is BAD, VERY BAD....

i came to the realization years ago, that things are taken "with a grain of salt"

That's why I don't really worry about online reviews. The company that I work for is a great company. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. But, there are online reviews about the company that can give a very different impression.

Another one is Swift. You would think that Swift is the absolute worst company, when in reality there are hundreds of drivers who have worked for Swift for years and swear by the company.

pretty much the way i "see it"

when i was teaching CDL students, none wanted to work at sawy Swift, Pam, Werner, JB Hunt, all the usual suspects that recruit form CDL schools.

they all wanted NEW trucks, NEW trailers, HIGH wages, and thought they were experienced professionals out the gate.......

as i was typing this, you mentioned "long term" drivers at Swift....i actually was going to add that, then left off...

and it IS true, many "skank" companies, DO HAVE long term drivers...so it cannot be all that bad....
