Is an Employee Responsible for Damage to Company Property? - LegalClarityGrouch Thanks this. -
Unless a driver has signed a form stating he is responsible for any damage and he will pay the cost of repairs, the company cannot legally take money out of the driver's pay. This goes for anything. You even have to sign for taxes to be deducted from your pay.
