    I like it here it’s my second week solo nice new Peterbilt guys in the office are nice fellas for a rookie I couldn’t really ask for anything better than this I’m just glad I found them before I headed out to orientation for western express I would probably hate trucking based off what I read about these megas on here

    @RatedZ now that you are a solo driver, do you get pay by the hour or mile. If you dont mind me asking whats the starting pay at universal. Has universal tried to push the lease deal.

    I’m not even sure if they have a LP program they haven’t mentioned it once I’m on percentage now 30% from gross
