    I wouldn't report that crack. It's definitely from a rock or something. As stated above id be more concerned about what's going on with the front rim, if that's a leaking seal in needs immediate attention.

    Oh looked like calking to me , from the looks only one rim on your outfit is it safe to drive.
    California would strap yo legs for that rim condition , its even on there side of the scale , now if you was up here in Wisconsin there on the other side.
