    Does your husband have a "contract" with the O/O? If so what does it say?

    Short of that what does his contract with the carrier state? Does it extend to an O/O that "buys" it out? This sounds 9 cornered.

    You may want to speak with Paul Taylor # Truckers Justice about all of this. Make sure you have ALL your paperwork before you call him.

    sounds like that guy at cdn.he has trucks and hires drivers and makes them sign 5 page contract.I overheard one of the newbies questioning the guy about stuff on the contract and owner got nasty
