    is this queation for real..????

you got the tickets, YOU PAY them.

call the court and ask for a payment plan if you cannot afford to pay them all.

That generally results in arrest and impounding of vehicle. If you did not have a license, insurance or registered vehicle. Here in Arkansas you go to jail, pending court on those three charges. Your vehicle is impounded and most likely sold off auction and gone.

In Maryland going back decades you would have seen the same, Jail and impounding.

Suppose you did go into trucking and eventually got pulled over in that same county all over again in the future. They might just put handcuffs on you leaving everyone to wonder WTF?

I dont see how you can sit here and say that you had those kinds of violations without being arrested and impounded etc. The only way I can think of is you were trolling perhaps. I don't know.

Call that county and check with them. If you did nothing with those charges there might even be a bench warrant for you. It needs to be taken care of.

I had a similar problem from the same state. But that was right before CSA. If you have that same problem in the future, you definitely will know, because the will refuse renewal of your cdl due to out of state holding a complaint. Must be resolved and then your home state will renew once clear by the complaining state.
