    All good points! We have a local company here that has had that very experience with a certain company. They never hire any drivers from that certain company either!

    I take it since you quoted me your talking to me. First of all I asked the opinions of others to see what the responses would be. Secondly I didn't debate anything with anyone. I said I had a discussion with someone on the phone about it. Thirdly at the times that I went and applied to the place I went to they did not have online apps, they didn't even have a site and THEY requested I come in to fill out a app and a o/o wanted to see how I kept my truck because he was very particular about his truck being kept clean and wanted to see how I took care of my truck and btw that was 3 years ago.

    Everyone doesn't have online apps and also I've talked to a quite a few o/o and companies that want you to come in 1st and usually they give you a mini interview and usually a app that's a couple of pages. Actually I've done it twice and both times I was called back for a job. One of then being the current job I have now.
