You assume that I am going to flame you......I have a reason for asking and nobody here will yell at you for being a dispatcher or anything else. I ban people for insulting our members, In fact, I'm starting to enjoy it. LOLHeck, I've had many dispatchers that I liked over the years.
My reason for asking was that you seemed to know about logs and a previous post suggested you worked for a trucking company.
One thing though, if you are a recruiter you need to talk to WiseOne before listing any kind of contact info.

Yeah I assume you will flame me! Because I have been to another site and totally got attacked because I came acrosses as know it all, when I was only trying to be helpfull to drivers! They wanted to interpitate every word, grammar error etc! I am not a dispatcher, I am a Log Auditor (so now will I be picked on?)
If we can get that out of the way, now maybe I can relax and get along with some people! I really do know what I am talking about when it comes to logs, although my grammar sucks and I am the first to admit it! You just have to ask me questions and I will give you answers! I honestly do not believe in giving a question with a DOT interpetation because evidentally the driver would not be asking a question if they understood the book, so it is the right wording for a certain person to understand something. Meaning: YOu may say it one way and I say it another way and we both drill the person to understand, but Bob comes along and says 2 simple words and he/she picks it right up! It is the mentality of each individual! No one is better than anyone else and I am willing to learn new ways to teach that make sense to me
So what do you do? -
I think you'll fit right in here, Welcome to the forum!
So your a log book gal. Good! You'll have lot's of questions to answer.
What do I do? I am the forum's Casanova.......LOL
Seriously, I am a retired truckdriver who really doesn't do much except play with my radios and hang out here. Like most truck drivers I am opinionated, egotistical and obnoxious.
BTW, you do not need to disclose your company..........
Again, Welcome! -
NO KC do I really have to? Everyone may not like me if they find out the company
. Well it must be nice to be retired, I sure wish I was retired!
Thanks for the welcome, I am still waiting for some one to flame me
-
I am sorry, I meant to say you DO NOT need to disclose your company
My Bad and I apologize.
Also, due to medical problems I was forced to retire. I'm only 45 and am enjoying myself , I miss going to work and really enjoyed my last job.....awesome people and a nice old truck. -
Oh I am sorry to hear you was forced to retire, that isn't as much fun. I am sure that you are enjoying it at a younger age though, you are still young enough to chase the women, unless you are married then you can chase the wife around the house all day.
Am I getting annoying with the smiley's? -
Smilies are cool, and I've been chasing Cyberhotty around the forum since she signed up here. My wife doesn't seem to care.............LOL
Heck, my 7 year old likes her too.......
I think they want to get rid of me and move her in............... -
You sure was a truck driver wasn't you! :smt043 lmao

When a forum asks for a birth date, I never give my year of birth for ID theft reasons. I am 45.
