They were working here, but can't stop the north bound trucks, because someone accidently ran over the open and closed sign, I breezed right on by. I came back through after midnight, and they closed, I assume the blitz was over at midnight.

Saw a video this mornin of what looked like 30+ DOT lined up and others with trucks pulled over up around Texas Motor Speedway. I think he said it was Wed.
Lepton1 Thanks this. -
I guess I got lucky, drove Dallas/Houston/Gadsden, AL/Dallas and while I did have to slow roll through scales in Alabama, I didn’t have to stop for anything.

I made it another year with no inspection. Went through 2 rest area/weigh stations in NY on I-86. They were busy inspecting but just waved me through. The Youngstown weigh station on I-80 West apparently was running heavy yesterday but I stopped for the night at the flying J just before that so no problem.

A little birdy told me so.
Ya have to understand how things is here. there has been times in winter that a water truck has accidently lost it's load on the scales, this place is accident prone. -
I get a bonus for every clean inspection, so I made everything was extra in order this week.
