Update on millis training : Cartersville GA

Hey all, sorry for not posting an update as to what happened yesterday, 1st day of week 3. Since I was with the group that went driving first we switched out and the group that was on the backing range last week went out driving while we backed. The first day we didnt really get much straight backing in, we started out with offsets and parallels. Today (Tuesday) we did the offset and parallel as well but did start to get into the 90 degree back. I feel like I got a little experience because we did back while driving as well. Just need to work on the 90 for the rest of the week.

 

So update for today day 3 of week 3.. same thing as yesterday as we just kept working on all of the backing, everybody did really well today and we all are constantly improving. Tomorrow my group will test out on the backing range and then Friday will be a slow day since it will be our last day in training before we start orientation on Monday. It has been a great class and everyone wants to help each other and see them succeed. Can't stress the importance enough of getting to know the class and everyone in it. We all have helped each other through this and I think everyone sees that. Will update tomorrow after the backing test.

 

Thank you @keen98 hope everything is going well with your new Co driver. I also wanted to mention on the update that everyone has been contacted by their trainer in some form. Mine called yesterday and basically gave me the rundown on what I should bring.
