    Dino, like the lady said. The best way to honor SP is for you to make it and to pass on what he taught you. I understand the feeling of wanting to protect the SP's; in a way it's like they parented you. God's blessing on all of y'all.

    I know you have your hands full as does Mrs SP-what I was talking about a few posts back was Mrs SP talking to the SW about Medicaid. I don't anything about the SP's finances-but sometimes one spouse can get medicaid with out the other spouse and it does not affect the other spouse (as much) Please at least and I am sure Mrs SP knows this-let her know to check. She is the wife now NOT THE NURSE! I know from personal experience how hard it can be to ''know too much'' as a nurse. Please let Mrs SP know she should ask for as much help as she can get from the hospital staff to help her make good plans for SP.
    I keep them both in my thoughts and prayers-as with you Dino and the ''warden'' keep on keeping us informed the best you can. You have NO IDEA how much your time and effort is apprechiated.

    well , three steps farward today for sp. the disalias is doint some good, for some reason hes very alert, talking pretty clearly,....the doctors are talking about moveing him to brain trama icu....lets keep our fingers an toes crossed....:biggrin_255:

    well, it's been a good day, just befor sitting down with TB an her hubby at the truckstop ,i got a couple of great text from mrs sp, today has been a exstreamly good day, when she came in to see sp he was up sitting in his chair, got up on his own, an tryed to take a step... he was talking a bit more clearly than yesterday.. Mrs sp's comment was this is how she remembers him always fighting .....this is a start , three steps forward today...keep those prayers comeing......hopeing things will get better from here on out

    I wish there was a way we could organize a fund raiser of some sort for Mr & Mrs SP. After sitting with you, hearing you talk about them, you are more than just a friend. You may call yourself just another jackwagon out there doing a job, but you are one heck of a great guy. Your care and concern for the SP's is very evident.
