    It's funny i got woke up by mrs sp's call, thought it was my wife...then reality hit, I got my sorry axx out of bed an went an greased the truck an looked for any thing that needed fixed.....My wife called me due to i had posted on facebook also..while talking to her about it i lost it like a big axx baby....I realy didnt think it would effect me this way...At that point all the conversations sp an i had started running thru my head, the visions of he an i at his kitchen table talking an drinking coffey... Remembering all the things he has told me to pay attenttion to....I hope god has plenty of loads for him on heavens highways.....yull know him when you see him, he'll be the one with the big black pete an straight pipes.... an a shyat eating grin on his face .....doing what he has always loved doing..........to my friend southerpride.......God speed

    Thank you Dino for writing that very hard post. My heart and prayers go out to Ms Sp and family. Also to you Dino, and all his "trucking family" here online. May he now rest in peace and when the greiving is over may everyone remember him with smiles.

    I have been reading your posts about S.P.

    I have read some of his posts prior to him getting sick.
    He had some good words of wisdom, and hopefully we will remember them even later.

    Please let his wife and family know he will be missed by many I believe.

    My condolences to Mrs SP, the family and to you, Dino.

    The trucking industry and this forum lost a great man, but his memory will live on.

    SP fought a battle, and in the end, he won. He left behind written words here that can continue to serve purpose, he is no longer in pain, and he will be watching over his family and friends forever. Only the shell that housed the man is gone......his spirit will live on in the lives of all he touched.

    Peace, love and joy be with you SP.

    It's not goodbye, it's "we'll see ya later"

    Scracrow had a great idea. if someone would like to handle the money end an the ordering, to send a big arragment of flowers to mrs,sp from all of us here at the ttr... i would be glad to give that person in a pm mrs,sp's address///please pm me if some one is interested, i'm on the road so it makes it a little difficult for me thanks dino ps buy the money end, i mean everyone chip in..we all just need to know who will be handleing it

    Hey SP, when you get to dispatch up there, tell em (if it's all the same to them) I'd just as soon have my old 88 Star.... with a good motor this time.... and no snow runs please. She broke me last time but wasn't really her fault. Heck, if y'all got a good shop we'll fix her up right our ownselves.

    Woooeee, SP an Kittyfoot on the same highways. Heaven may never be the same but they'll be laughin out loud at Satan crying "Look out, here they come again". Ha... wait'll Dino shows up, ol Fire an Brimstone will be moving out.:biggrin_2559:
