Empty? I might go down to 900rpm on a gradual slope.

Grossed out with no immediate end to a steep incline in sight? 1100

Partially loaded? Somewhere in between roughly proportional to the gross weight.

That is for the Maxxforce13 driven economically. DD15 I would probably add 50rpm. 12.7 series 60 I would add 150rpm.
