    My truck will lug along at 1000 rpm if I don't use the manual mode, which thankfully works and doesn't have a speed limit for each gear.

    On the main drag I run every day I lock it in 11th and set the cruise for 60. That way it runs at 1300 and won't downshift at the slightest incline which costs you even more momentum.

    IMHO the only people that have any business designing trucks are those that have driven them at some point.
