I posted two images from our current contract on pay. Lots of bad info on pay here. Hourly progression is four years and top rate is $36.29 an hour. Starting pay is $18.75 now. Doubles are $.40 more, and Triples or double 45s are $.80 an hour more Doesn't matter how long you pull doubles or Triples you will make that rate for the entire day.

Most runs are hourly . Mileage runs are less common and mostly done by the most Senior drivers.

100k or more is pretty common . I make between 115k and 118k and I'm hourly .55 hours a week.

Multiply those figures by 4 and that should give owner-operators a pretty good idea of what their trucks should be generating before expenses.

    1099 easily got that beat.
They start at 2500 a week after all expenses.

Or get hired in off the street during peak. They asked me if I wanted to stay on and I declined. Good money but it's ehhhh. I was over driving.

They call me every year to do it around peak. I did it a few peaks but not the last one. I think it is 36 now like the one fella said.

This is at Worldport not the rinky dinkie DC's though.
That's the easiest way to get in without doing the box chucking for ups.
