Myself, wife and 3 kids are under FXF's BCBS medical, along with the higher tier vision and dental, and that only amounts to $33/wk. I forget my medical deductible, but it's nothing insane. Claims are paid promptly, copays are very low as well.

Starting pay is $24/Hr, not bad at all. What do they top out at?

28.65 or so.... BUT, starting pay is jumping up to 28.15 in my market soon... w/ R&L and XPO offering around 27$/hr to start, and SAIA moving into some of NEMF's former terminals w/ their own similarly high offerings, UPS is trying to retain new talent because they must realize many won't wait around 3 years for their 24 to go up to 28.

What’s this $35-37/ hr rate I hear about? Is that exclusively for package delivery guys? Or line haul? Can a UPSF Road driver make close to that?

37 dollar is for road driver if u at a red circle terminal that have atleast 1 contractors coming in or out.

If a road driver work out his classification such as dock or city would be paid premium pay of 37 dollars a hr and guarantee 8 hr.

Ok. But under which UPS umbrella are we talking about? Road driver at Parcel, Freight, or Truckload?

so what's this "red circle" thing? being a road driver.... so this isn't linehaul, you mean if a UPSFreight driver wants to go back over the road, they pay $34/hour for that?

red-circle is when your current rate is higher than the progression rate.

so... a # of the New England terminals must be red-circle.... because they're calling it "market-rate adjusment" and starting us newbies off at anywhere from $24/hr to $28/hr which is near top-rate.

So UPS Freight has over-the-road drivers?!? Or is this just linehaul?
