UPS Freight Diary:

i am very busy, so i will mostly likely try to update once a week, usually at the end of the week.

1) All top managers at the terminal have quit or are in the process of quitting.

2) Stress level on thursday was thru the roof (a common occurance here) Friday a little better.

3) Latest check was $1288 gross.
i'm getting more hours due to the rebid. And i'm going to $24/hr in about 3 weeks.

 

Rushed all week. Not good for mental health.

 

Been up to $24/hr, $36/hr OT for the past 3 weeks.

Still rushing around---not the best thing for mental health.

 

P.S.
New terminal mgr, Operations MGR, and other mgrs. Not sure why.

 

Kinda bored, but not complaining. It's a decent gig. i think this may have to do with other things in life rather than the job itself.

 

Kinda depressed. Don't get me wrong. i still think it's a decent gig, ok pay and benefits and ups is one of the best organized companies out there. And i do enjoy the job.

i feel like i'm here all day, then do the same thing the next day and so on. What else is there?

It may have something to do with the other stuff i'm dealing with.......?
