Ups Freight

I have been with UPS Freight since March of this year,..So far this is the best outfit I have ever worked for,...I was very lucky to find this job,....And I hope to be working here until I retire,...

 

That is awesome, Walleye! I hope to get on with them or another LTL carrier. Unlike mail contractors, LTL seems to have a future AND benefits!!! I am trying like hell to get in!

 

Get a resume together,...Keep putting out applications,..And knock on doors until your knuckles are ready to bleed,......There are some very good jobs to be FOUND out there,...The god one NEVER advertise,..You'll have to find them,.....GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

 

That is exactly what I am doing tomorrow morning! I may be overdressed, but I am going around tomorrow to all the companies I know of, in a shirt and tie! Rather be overdressed and make a lasting impression than look like a bum. I am heading to Con-Way and Central for sure. Thise I at least have applications in with. Fed-Ex does everything online, and they just give you a piece of paper saying how to apply. However, I am trying!

 

Hopefully he doesn't drink the diesel!
