    I will NEVER go to the UPS facility in Lexington, KY ever again!!!! I had a load of booklets and was told they had open receiving from 8 am - 4 pm. When I got there I was told they didn't start until 12:30 pm. So I waited......and waited.....and waited. Finally when they did get my truck empty, they left all the pallets, shrink wrap, and cardboard !!!!!! They already made me late to p/u my other load...and know I have to get rid of their trash!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Had a UPS load a few months ago in the Dallas area. Went to pick it up but they told us they had cancelled it but forgot to email our company. Total waste of our time. I ship FedEx whenever I can now after dealing with UPS.
