I know someone that hired on as a seasonal and did such a good job they moved him to full time.

They tell you at the interview/road test that there is no way to get on full-time after the season ends. This is 98% true, most won't get in FT. But at times if you did a great job at a terminal that needs drivers they might and I mean a skim chance of might consider you.Texas_hwy_287, McUzi and Jgatson Thank this.

If your hired as a seasonal you can expect a good wage to start and be busy during peak. All you have to do is answer your phone and do a good job for them. Let them know you want a full time job and your willing to sacrifice to get it. Don't miss a phone call for work (a lot of seasonals do this) and if you do just return the call from dispatch promptly. After peak was when seasonals would be hired full time at my hub and that was around March or April. Good luck and welcome to Big Brown. The chances of getting hired full time as a casual are good. Not slim to non by no means. We need drivers like everyone else.
