Urgent Safety Question

Uhaul must be a real wonderful outfit for their dealers to work with. The majority of dealers that I've seen, tend to change yearly, if not more often.
Also, Uhaul has a nasty habit of sending their people around in the middle of the night to reshuffle equipment.
I personally know of several instances where equipment has been reserved in advance, only to have it taken the night before by the company.
