Is US 93 between Kingman and Phoenix a truck route for 53 foot trailers? I often see trucks getting on or off I-40 at US 93 but it isn't highlighted in the atlas.

I saw plenty of trucks on 93. I don't know why it isn't highlighted in the atlas up to the 2017 edition.
It isn't four lane the whole way. There's a good 30 mile stretch that's two lane. There must be some horrible head-on accidents with drunks coming back from Vegas on that highway. Unfortunately, the interstate they're planning from Vegas to Phoenix probably won't be done anytime soon.BoyWander and Cabinover101 Thank this. -
Yea it's no problamo. Drive it all the time. But it's not 4 lanes all the way. There's some that's narrow 2 lane. But it's a major truck route. And there's more than a few deer between Kingman & Wikiup.
rabbiporkchop and 7-UP Thank this. -
Yep good route, but don’t expect to see more than maybe the top 20 feet of Hoover Dam. So disappointing you can’t get a better view
