    The road is damaged on the 89 just before you get into Page. DOT officer I talked to the other day said it has not stopped moving, they wont fix it till it stops.

    it'll probably never stop moving. and with winter around the corner.

    just take the entire landscaping out. wall up what's left and build a bridge.

    unless the whole moutain rock is moving. cuz man, them residents are spending a ton of money on gas for that detour. and the business's have got to be hurting.
