    Hi there, I am thinking about heading down south in the future and wanted to get started on some of the paper work. Saw some resources online saying I need some type of EIN number, while others saying I dont need it it. If someone can provide any clarification on this, I will really appreciate it. TIA

    If it is hauling US freight around the US, not back to Canada, you can't.

    I will be going to the US as a an owneroperator, hailing freight from canada to US and then back from states to canada
