If you hire on in Nashville. You will be a Nashville driver. You will also have one of the best if not the best dispatcher. You will typically pull out of Nashville for a Monday delivery. Then once your out you will be in the system. Call Shannon in Nashville. She will shoot you straight.

Jump on it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Best of luck and God bless.

Have a friend I met out of West Point GA that drives from them. He's making 57 cent a mile but been there two years but runs 2 and 3 loads a day sometimes into atlanta. Wants to be local. . Surprise Arm2441 didn't pop back in with the pay. Think they start you off in the low 50s and you can work your way to up I think its a rating 5.. At 5 your at the 70 cpm mark but your paid both ways, empty and loaded... Seems to me local runs would be a lot of work on millage.
Did talk to their recruiter but what disappointed me was he said it takes up to two years to get that 5 rating. Maybe Arm2441 can fill in the blanks on that for us.
Know you have to go a week to class in Houston , and they give you 250 to get there but there was a question about driving your car and he didn't know if they would allow you to transport it back home. Something to he would not answer me as to keeping the truck at the house said they might want to store it at a place they felt safe while your home. That one was not what someone wanted to hear.
Maybe someone with so more knowledge of USAL will chine in. Recruiter was nice enough just could not answer a lot of question from guys that have been out here a while or didn't want to. LOL .

I would look into jack cooper $1.20 mile $1.01 on backhaul. If you live in Nashville I would look into louisville or Georgetown ky alot of freight moving towards your home. Why Pay 400-500 Month On Health Insurance At Jack Cooper That's Payed For By The company. I started back in Sep making 2100$ a week best job I ever had
