I've been working this account for the past 6 months. You are home daily for the most part. Occasionally you will have an overnight run. I get 2 days off every other week and at least 1 day off every week. The pay is not great but decent. IMO, the only decent thing about this job is that your home almost everyday. Any other questions? Feel free to ask.

I've been working this account for 6 months. You are home almost everyday with an occasional overnight run. The trucks are slip seat. The pay is decent but not great. The only reason I stay with this job is 'home every day' factor; without this factor I would find a job some other place. Any other questions about the account? Just ask.

Yeah. We run Sam's clubs in NC, SC, VA, and a couple in TN. We run all Walmarts east of Fayetteville.

You're right. We don't have enough drivers and a high turnover. Many OTR drivers are used when we are shorthanded.

Yea 1000-1280 net, can’t complain just hate the home time but I’ve been home for all holidays. Was a welder/carpenter made more but I got tired of that life after 12 years. LTL / Fuel or O/O next up after my 1 year mark.

    truckdriver31 Thanks this.

You can bring that much in gross. I personally net anywhere from 650 to 850 a week after Uncle Sam takes his cut. How much you make per week normally corresponds with the amount of loads going out per week. You only need 3 months OTR experience to get the job.

    truckdriver31 Thanks this.
