    *Update*

Alright guys so unfortunately i went to the interview and the manager explained to me how you need 6 months for the cdl b position ( i only have about 4 months ). Anyways they had a driver trainee position available for cdl A. So basically i train with other drivers everyday till i complete the 90 days then they let me out by myself ( depending if i do good or not ). Same benefits, same sign on bonus and obviously more on pay rate. Super excited to be honest. Already did the physical and drug test just waiting on background check.

    Another update **

Ok guys so today was my first day. Went through normal paperwork, bunch of videos, Human resource went over all the benefits and pay with us. Then after the videos we talked to one of the lead drivers. He went through everything, Answered all of our questions. He was a great guy, Looks very happy with the company. Overall I feel like its a great environment, Very welcoming company. All employees seem very happy there and love what they are doing. Treated us very good with coffee, hot chocolate and all that type of stuff. So far I'm really happy. Cant wait to start learning the material and get more driving experience! I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who doesn't mind doing the physical work.

Yes you do get paid and its for 3 months. My guess is that they will let you go alone early if you're doing good.
