    I see a lot of mccormick trucks around here. Are they associated in any way to B and B trucking??

    Stiil the same deal, Matheson is a great company to drive for, paid ofr ALL hours worked. They are hiring in Reno for dedicated routes to Seattle and back to Reno. Got to say this companyis tough to beat. They tell you straight up how it is and they they stick to their promises. Check out their website Mathesoninc.com

    No king they are not, i cant tell you how i know this but lets just say i haul mail for one of those two companies.

    I am looking for a job hauling mail for the USPS ( mail contractor) CDL class A. Living in Columbus , needing a local job . If anyone know of any jobs , please let me know...thanks.

    Wow, the OP is from 2009 but this thread is still going. MTI is a decent sized mail carrier and, although it's probably irrelevant now, they have a terminal in PA.

    What effect is the latest news from USPS ( closing dist. centers, canning 100k folks ) going to have on it's contractors?

    To answer about the Northeast, the company that runs most mail is called The Blackburns. Believe they pay a little over 19.00 an hour and throw 4.00 an hour worked into a 401k. They also pay a few beans to do extra moves to and from the docks.

    I think SOLO (sordrell) hauls mail among other freight also they have a terminal in Cincy. I see them quite a bit around OH,KY,IN...they run black macks with single screw and tag axles
