guess you don't know the rules as well as you think you do.........
large companies have longer .... MUCH LONGER to get it done

 

I find that strange.... I've been with them 12 years, I have to see my doctor every 3 months and in that 12 years I have missed ''''''1''''' and my fm was suspended because of it

 

Wrong as of January 1st trailers without skirts are subjected to fines read up on it...

 

What does it matter
Usx can use their army of lawyers to get any skirt violations reduced.
Who cares let them wallow in their loserdomm

 

READING is fundamental "Fleets and owner-operators who travel into California must have aerodynamic devices, unless they registered with CARB on a phase-in option (which provides an alternate compliance schedule)" .......they only need to update 10% of the trailers this year..... they have done that....

 

10%???...from the looks of it..they don't even have 10% if their trl fleet outfitted..

 

The new trailers have them but other than that I believe only the 800000 series has them, if they're still in one piece. Does the ruling say what condition the skirts have to be or the size? I've come across one with part of it missing. Wonder if that still counts.

 

With all that trainer time USX gives, how could this happen???

 

trailer pool is over 16,000 total
all 2008 some 2007 have skirts..... and ALL of the 2015's (over 2,000) have them so they are well over the 10% required at this time
