Me and my co driver only have about 6 months experience but we are making 55 cents a mile and averaging 5,000 miles a week.
Team drivers with at least 3 months experience and has a hazmat + tankers indorsmant make 50 cents a mile and if you stay out for 46 days then you get 5 cents a mile for every mile driven as a bonus check. Also everything after 18,000 miles for the month receives a 22 cent bonus for every mile after 18,000 miles in a span of one month.
Anyone else work for us express ?!?!?
US xpress is awesome

Its split but we also double the miles then a normal solo driver. As a solo driver I would only be driving 2,500/3,000 miles a week. So I personally average 55 cents a mile as a rookie witch is pretty darn good.
Solo drivers get paid 50 cents a mile after one year experience with no accidentsSteel Dragon Thanks this. -

I'm 22 years old with no wife/girlfriend/kids ect. My dream is to open up a few restaurants, it's why I got into trucking. I'm Just going to work my ### off for the next 8 years and then when I'm 30 I'll be able to start my own businesses debt free. I'm planning to stay out for 5/6 months at a time and come home for a week or two. But I could understand not wanting to Be out for a long time if you acually have a life at home lolThe Patriot, Lonesome, HopeOverMope and 2 others Thank this.
