I will be posting YouTube videos of the truth behind this scam. I’ve been investigating U.S. Express. It’s what I do, I investigate company’s and get hired by them.
They rip you off on your mileage, shortening your miles by anywhere from 40 to 105 miles. In turn you losing money on fuel.
They charge a dollar every time you use their fuel card.
They will make you do repairs at the shop and put insane repairs charges when you bpm to later subtract from your escrow account.
They tell loves, TA, Pilot to not produce a price on your receipt for repairs to steal your escrow.
Fleet managers will make your paycheck $0 of you question the shortening of mileage.
they force you to run on their time and will wake you up with phone calls. They won’t do it through messages. When they do this submit an irs tax form ss8. Record their phones calls if you reside in a state that only requires one party consent. Check the state law of where you reside and the state yummy oh are in the time of the recording.
they will Intimidate, blackmail and extort you if you get into an accident. You work for low pay and the accident will never show on your dac report.
they will give you a truck and when you ask for repairs they won’t fix it in the shop, but act like they do. Come time for bpm there’s $3000 out of your maintenance reserve account.
after you own the truck if they let you own it, your miles and loads will stop.
they will advertise 2018 trucks, but will not let you get one if you’re solo and say that it’s for teams only forcing you to invest in what they want.
stay away from us express. If you choose them be really smart and document everything, record phone calls, stick to email, and sue them for breach of contract, fill out the ss8 form for forcing you to run in their clock, and 50 miles personal conveyance. This is called control and subject to Irs tax investigations. Then turn around and sue them for the money invested into the truck and get your escrow and bond security back
