US Xpress training is 160 hours and will likely take 3-4 weeks. If it takes any longer than 4 weeks somethng is wrong. I just dropped a student off in Springfield OH and I had him 23 days.

I have a pre-hire, but I never called back. They made me sign a team agreement and I would prefer not to team. This is the only company that would force me to so...

BigDan unless you get a trainer on a dedicate route as the miles/hours can be less.

The Training is 150 hours behind the wheel, the miles are pretty good, I was doing good, but I went to Schneider National is better, they got me close Home every weekend and the pay is better. so in Conclusion I quit US XPRESS
