Have my CDL and everything and tested mostly on a 10-speed but does anyone know what their road test is like at their Ohio orientation? or any orientation in general? What it consists of? Thanks.

Purity much what others have said... go slow THINK and don't hit anything.
A few miles of city streets and a few miles of freeway..
My 1st seat upgrade after finish training was 8 miles

95% auto transmission a handful of 10 speeds but u wont keep it for long. most of us that had 10 speeds there were sent to a terminal and were switch over to auto. As far as the road test no different then any other company roadtest they do take there backing test serious(blindside, straight, alleydock) just be safe and take your time you and u will definitely pass. I took mine in Shippensburg Pa that was nothing but a few minutes on the highway and back to the orientation. I worked there 2yrs was a good experience not perfect but better then other companies i worked for. They didn't bother me a lot , gave me my preplans, and for the most part I had decent miles. I did the TJ Maxx account for 8 months easy money mostly drop and hook. Good Luck
