125 per driver??? That's the pay per day or what???

 

I believe is per night. Every night you sleep in their truck and watch it, you get pay $125.00 + driving which is about $ 45.00 xhr . LOL

I was watching a YouTube video when an marketing commercial advertising this $125K ) $500K in 4 years (TEAM Driver, out 45 days straight, some other *'s) - I must imagine this is a lease to own scenario? I've reached out to them just out of curiosity - usually when it sounds too good, there's something to it - One thing I will say is the company is a new public company $USX, & it got momentum, so maybe it is a genuine push to get more driver behind the wheels for their public financials to rise more? IDK, anyone out there enrolled in this eye catching offer? Solo otr are at $110k? Maybe you need 2 years or so under your belt, IDK, awaiting to hear what they have to say....

Bump... these numbers sound too good to be true. .72 cpm? Who's got the schoop?

 

That's for OTR. You probably could make that much but you'd be busting your butt. Wife and I do dedicated team home weekly. Made a little under $80k each last few years. Could have done more this year thanks to a 30% pay increase but took a few months off.

 

My wife is pretty close to getting her CDL (I’ve got 1.5 years otr), we’ve been eyeballing USX but man there are more negative reviews about dispatch and pay than I can count. I always try to consider online reviews with a grain of salt since they’re usually incredibly polarizing.

Your comment however implies that your experience hasn’t been as the naysayers advertise. Can otr teams really find that sort of success? Screw $125k/driver/year, I’m talking even like $80-90k/driver/year and how’d you get that sort of time off?
