if your paychecks are not being honored by a bank, I would be worried more than that, then going 35,000 miles before oil changes.
Each OEM has their standards when to change the oil.

I work at Arnold, we do 35k between changes and the company has split ownership between two different Billion dollar companies, does this mean we're going under too. Surely that trailer I picked up last week that didn't have a working turn signal indicates the company is toast.

14 plus million dollars in lost revenue last year on top of a major bank loan to keep the company going and the loss of their CFO recently, who had been there 15 years, is not a good picture of financial health for this company.
They're hanging in there, but my opinion is for how much longer?
In the end, if I were one of their drivers, I'd be concerned. -
As a driver in this economic climate if a company is seeking bank loans to stay afloat I would be looking for another company.
The jobs are there especially if you like the mega carriers,go find a new one. -
I've talked to a couple of USA drivers since I started on my own with Swift and it sounds to me like they do okay in general and better overall than Swiftys. As for the oil changes, one of my owner op mentors went as high as 50k before he changed oil and according to him he never had any problems...

When they lay off all the mechanics and have you doing oil changes and changing tires, then be worried
